Culinary delight meets outdoor adventure

Knödel (bread dumplings) are a traditional South Tyrolean national dish, deeply rooted in the local culture and loved in countless variations (speck, spinach, cheese…).

After taking the cable car up together, we don’t head straight to the take-off site.
Instead, we first stop at a traditional mountain hut or alpine restaurant.

“If we’re already up here, we should enjoy some traditional Knödel.”

At the hut we let the team spoil us, enjoy the fresh mountain air and the impressive South Tyrolean mountain scenery.

After the culinary pleasure comes the adventure: paragliding.
Together we walk to the take-off site where we prepare the paraglider for departure.
3, 2, 1… take-off! We leave gravity behind and glide together down into the valley.
